The CareGivers presents its 10th annual premiere fundraising event, The Chocolate Lovers Fantasy.  The hearts of chocoalte lovers across the state rejoice as vendors provide samples of their favorite chocolate themed creations and products.  Attendees will be offered their choice of chocolate delights, participate in live demonstrations, and enjoy the musical ambiance of extraordinary local musicians.

Tickets are $17 per person if paid in advance.
Tickets are $19 per person at the door.
Proceeds help support the programs and services of the CareGivers, Inc..

Truffle Creation Class

Our hands-on workshop covers two techniques for making shell molded truffles, hand molded truffles and hand-dipping and finishing techniques. All students are able to take home their finished truffle creations as well as a recipe book! Take a "behind closed doors" look at how we get all of those yummy things inside chocolate and try your hand at some of the candy making tasks (and the nice part is if it doesn't turn out exactly right you can eat your mistakes).  We can accommodate groups ranging from 12-25 people. Tours normally take an hour, but you will want to allow some time for browsing in our candy and gift store. Tours are appropriate for ages 8 and over.  Tours cost just $5.00 per person, which includes a fun candy making activity and of course, delicious samples!

Tours typically run Wednesdays at 11am and Thursdays & Fridays at 4pm.

As part of our 75^th anniversary in November 2010, we raffled off 75lbs of chocolate.  Every day, for 75 days,  people could enter to win this sweet prize.  On the 75^th day we chose a winner.  That winner was Laurie Lamont of Bedford, NH!  She won 75lbs of solid milk, dark and white chocolate.   When asked what she would do with the 75lbs of chocolate Laurie said, “Well you all made some Christmas shopping very easy for me!”  Laurie donated some of the chocolate to the St. Andrews Food for the Poor at Blessed Sacrament.
