General Conditions

One (1) prize winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Van Otis Chocolates reserves the right to substitute products or sizes.

Entries will only be received from within the continental Untied States.

Entrants further grant to Van Otis Chocolates the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Van Otis Chocolates and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Van Otis Chocolates, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. By providing an email and postal address, entrants will be registered to receive the Van Otis Chocolates e-mail newsletters and will be added to the Van Otis Chocolates direct mail/catalog list. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletters and direct mail/catalog list at any time. No responsibility is assumed by Van Otis Chocolates for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Van Otis Chocolates is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Van Otis Chocolates users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a player's ability to participate in the Contest. Van Otis Chocolates reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest.
