OPENING ORDER: Minimum opening order is $500.00
REORDER: Minimum $200.00. Orders less than $200.00 will incur a $25.00 small order handling charge.
BACKORDERS: We DO NOT backorder at this time.
TERMS: 30 Day net terms are available subject to credit approval. First order COD or Credit Card
PACKAGING: All chocolates and Van Otis Swiss Fudge are packed in quantities of 12. Cases may be split in multiples of 6 within the same product type or size and will be subject to a surcharge of $5.00 per split case.
SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges will be 5% of your total order and will be added to you invoice. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. If expedited shipping (overnight or 2nd day) is requested, additional charges will apply.
Shipping to some areas in warm weather will require expedited shipping and additional packaging costs, which will be added to your order.
